Alpha Morris provides medical consultation and telehealth services. Because these services involve professional medical evaluation and provider time, refund policies are structured accordingly.

Medical Consultations

Fees paid for completed medical consultations are generally non-refundable. Once a provider has reviewed a patient’s information or conducted a consultation, the service has been rendered.

Membership or Monitoring Programs

If Alpha Morris offers membership or monitoring programs for ongoing clinical oversight, fees may cover services such as:

• Provider review of medical records
• Follow-up consultations
• Care coordination
• Laboratory review and monitoring

Membership fees are typically billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled by the patient 30 days prior to their next supply cycle. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

Prescription Medications

Alpha Morris does not dispense medications directly. Medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed pharmacies. Refunds for medications are governed by the dispensing pharmacy’s policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.

Laboratory Testing

Fees associated with laboratory testing are generally non-refundable once laboratory services have been ordered or performed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Alpha Morris management.
