Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Michael Rieber has spent 30+ years helping men stay strong, sharp, and in control of their health. As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert, he’s worked with pro athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday guys who just want to feel like themselves again.
Now, as Chief Medical Officer at Alpha Morris, Dr. Mike leads our mission to help men in their 40s, 50s, and beyond reclaim their energy, strength, and drive through medically guided testosterone therapy.
He trained at top institutions like New York Medical College, Albany Med, and Penn State. He’s served as team doc for the NJ Devils and the MetroStars. But today, he’s focused on one team—yours.
Dr. Mike brings elite-level care to every patient, cutting through the noise with real science, real results, and a relentless focus on helping you live better, longer, and stronger.
Joseph Puleo
Founder & Fitness Expert
Joseph Puleo brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the health and fitness industry. As the owner and operator of multiple successful health clubs since 2008, Joseph has built his career around helping individuals achieve their personal wellness goals through tailored training programs and a commitment to long-term results.
A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University (B.S.) and an alumnus of Oratory Prep School in Summit, NJ, Joseph pairs his academic background with a suite of professional certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Nutritional Certification, Strength Training Certification, and NCSF P.E.D. Certification.
Joseph’s philosophy centers on education, motivation, and sustainable progress—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. His passion for fitness, paired with years of leadership and real-world experience, make him a trusted resource for both clients and staff alike.
Heidi J.Katz, RPh
Pharmaceutical & Biotech Consultant | Medical Affairs & Marketing Strategy
Heidi J. Katz, RPh, is a seasoned pharmaceutical and biotechnology professional with a career that spans across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Medical Communications. She currently leads her own consulting business, collaborating with companies such as J&J and Astellas Pharmaceuticals to drive strategic initiatives and elevate healthcare engagement.
Most recently, Heidi served as Associate Director of Peer-to-Peer Marketing and Marketing Operations at LEO Pharma Inc., a global leader in medical dermatology.
There, she played a key role in supporting the launch and education efforts for Adbry®, a biologic treatment for moderate to severe eczema. Heidi reimagined and revitalized the company’s Patient Ambassador Program—creating impactful engagement strategies that brought real patient experiences to healthcare providers and deepened their understanding of eczema’s everyday challenges.
Tim Su
Tim Su leads operations at Alpha Morris, where he brings a decade of experience driving growth, building high-performing teams, and designing systems that scale. With a background in fintech, healthtech, and venture-backed startups, Tim blends business rigor with a mission to help men take back control of their energy, focus, and long-term health.
A graduate of Grove City College, Tim has built and led sales and operations functions at some of the fastest-growing companies in the space, including roles at Chapter, Pontera, and now SBG Funding. He’s helped grow teams from the ground up, launch into new markets, and refine processes that directly impact customer success and revenue.
Tim’s leadership is rooted in clarity, care, and execution. At Alpha Morris, he’s focused on delivering a seamless, high-touch experience that actually makes life better for the men we serve.
Outside of work, Tim is a husband, father of three, and passionate about helping others grow—whether in business, in faith, or in strength.
